Who we are
Doxa Code (doxacode.com.br) builds custom software that automates repetitive business processes. This policy covers this page and the contact form on it.
What we collect
- What you type in the form: name, company, email, WhatsApp number (optional) and the description of the process you'd like to automate.
- Campaign data: the link parameters that brought you here (such as utm_source or fbclid), the page you landed on and the referring page.
- Usage data: page views, video plays and how much of the video was watched, collected through Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API and Google Analytics, including cookies, IP address and browser information.
How we use it
- To reply to your request in writing, with scope, timeline and price.
- To keep a record of your request in our internal CRM.
- To measure our ads and show relevant ads to people who visited this page. Your email and phone are sent to Meta only in hashed (encrypted, one-way) form.
We do not sell your information.
Who processes it
Our hosting provider, our CRM, our email provider, Meta Platforms and Google, each acting on our behalf and only for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and our business relationship, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by replying to our email.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.
